At House of Sunny, we want you to love your conscious wardrobe additions, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached to ensure a smooth transition back to our studio.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all House of Sunny labels and tags remain intact to avoid processing delays.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 10 business days.
